Great Find.
Pros: Really good-sized room, very well appointed. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee readily available 24/7. Ideal location for exploring Wellington. Parking easy and free. Very friendly host. Superb retro furnishings. Great value for money. Cons: The house has been totally refurbished, but isn't a modern property. That may not suit some. Nothing to worry about!

Looking forward to returning.
Pros: The continental breakfast had a large selection. The host was easy to talk to and had lots of local knowledge. The shower was awesome Cons: Parking was not that easy as you had to find a space on the street. Not the property's fault, but glad it wasn't raining🙂

Pros: Room was quiet and warm. Cons: Manager appeared irritated with us. Not sure if he was joking or feeling stressed by being full house for the night. Didn't feel welcoming after a long day.
