Family stay
Complicated arrival due to a technical problem with the key box, but our host Benoit was very professional in immediately changing us to an even better apartment than the one reserved. Excellent communication. Very nice, clean, and secure building with a superb apartment at the foot of the slopes. I recommend it and we will return.

The constraints set by the owner a few days before arrival are too directive
The constraints set by the owner a few days before arrival are too directive. Key collection. Return the keys before 10:00 a.m.! and not a minute later. Deposit to be paid with undisclosed deposit fees at booking. Deposit system with instructions only in English. Cleaning package for 60€, yes, but you must have done 3/4 of the cleaning beforehand... so 60€ for an extra 15 minutes of work is expensive... In short, several pages of strict instructions to read 3 days before arrival... Bedding in the large room really not good, the mattress has a hollow in the middle and is stained. Mattress prote

Pleasant stay.
We picked up the keys without any problem in a box near the chalet. The code is transmitted 24 hours before. Note: the message ended up in the spam folder. We settle in independently since there is no one to welcome you. The inventory is done via the Swikly website. The apartment is clean (probably cleaned by the previous tenants). We parked in the public parking nearby. There is the possibility to park in front of the door to load or unload the car trunk. The apartment is well laid out and spacious enough for two or four people. The chalet is close to shops and slopes. In the late afternoon,
