Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, had everything we needed for the one night. Be careful with the shower, the water leaks out from under the door, don’t put anything near there you wouldn’t want to get wet! Make sure you take a form of photo ID, I didn’t realise you would need it. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice and the restaurant is huge so plenty of space no matter what time you go.
Don’t stay here
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at , and we’ve stayed at many many hotels around the world . The only thing going for it is the location and breakfast . We found the staff to be extremely rude and unhelpful , we had multiple stays in a matters of weeks with them and if we hadn’t of pre paid we would have cancelled our booking after the 1 st stay . The rooms are tidy but there is nothing in the room but a bed and a chair . I’m sorry this is classed as a 4.5 star hotel they don’t even have a restaurant and the bar is a little cafe outside which charge £9 for 2 small bottles of water

This was my first stay at the Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster, and overall, I found the hotel to be pleasant and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, the lobby staff were friendly, helpful, and sociable. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Although we arrived before our room was ready, the staff gladly stored our luggage so that we could begin enjoying London without having to carry our bags around. Avoid booking directly via RIU
In general, I would say that this hotel is decent for a stay in London if their service were more customer-centric. Our room was far from perfect: there was mold next to the shower, and the wood next to the shower was swollen as well. The sink had green algae and was broken. During breakfast, we asked for a gluten-free brownie. It didn’t taste well, and when checking the expiration date, we discovered that the brownie was already expired for two days. The taste might not be due to the expiration, but a hotel (and certainly not a 4* hotel) shouldn’t serve expired food to customers. These issues
