Pros: בסך הכול המלון ברמה טובה מאוד, השירות מצוין והצוות אדיב ושירותי. המיקום מעולה, ממש מול בית חב״ד, וזה היה עבורנו יתרון משמעותי והפך את השהייה לנוחה מאוד. Cons: ביחס למחיר ששילמנו ציפינו לרמה קצת יותר גבוהה. אין מזגן בלובי, יש לא מעט יתושים באזור והבריכה די קטנה. לפעמים התחושה פחות יוקרתית ממה שהמלון נראה בתמונות, ואחרי השהייה אפשר להבין למה הוא מדורג כ־4 כוכבים ולא 5.
