We had a lovely stay at this property and would return again. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Inverness.
Pros: This property's location was in the heart of everything to do in Inverness, all right outside the door. A two-minute walk to all the good pubs, restaurants, and music. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all your needs. Cons: I understand that hotels have cost-saving measures, but I did not like that the hallways to the rooms were activated with motion. It was pitch black until you started walking towards your room. I found it very uneasy not being able to see what is around the corner until I am on top of it. There was never an issue, but I was nervous every time I walked

Pros: Location, team service, breakfast, great rooms, perfect cooling. Comfortable beds Cons: They did not clean the room on Sunday, July 19.
