Pros: Access to ferry terminal and Southbank is close for athletic individuals. Across the road from the Matar Hospital. Cons: This property is up several levels via stairs. If you cannot lift your luggage or walk stairs do not book this property. This property takes a $500 bond from a credit card and offers it paid back several days after booking, this is not easily identified in the property spiel. Read the detail of this property, it is air bnb style.

Overall pretty good

Pros: Location for what we wanted was great. Cons: Needs some TLC. Toilet seat is broken, soap holder in bathroom not fastened, falls off. You can hear the apartment above as they move around.

Good value but be aware of requirement to upload ID and C/Card after making a non-refundable payment

Pros: The host was very responsive, and it was a great location for our purpose. All things considered it was good value accommodation. Cons: Was unhappy to make the non-refundable payment to then discover I was made upload ID and a credit card. I have no idea who or where held this info, and if I could have canceled and got a refund instead I would have. I was also unimpressed by the advertising of a later check out. The reality was that this was available if it suited them at a cost of $50 per hour !! I wasn't able to check in until about 6 pm, so I would have thought it reasonable to allow

Great location and host. Host was very helpful to cater all our needs and responded quickly.

Pros: Location Cons: Property was located on the ground floor and was unable to block out the light from outside street lights. Also walls and floors were not soundproof so could hear people walking upstairs especially at night time while asleep

Good location however issues with noise, cleanliness, security, and size of car space. For the price paid not good value

Pros: Location was handy to South bank. Cons: The carpark was insanely small and difficult to access off Vulture street due to traffic. I was driving a Kia Carnival and almost did not fit into the carapace. Apartment was cold as windows are old style and did not keep out the wind. Also very noisy with traffic noise. Several mugs were dirty and the apartment floors were dusty. Door to balcony not able to be locked. Weird pre-check-in requested ahead of stay including needing to provide Id and credit card details outside of booking.com which seemed sketchy. Would probably not book again.
