Wonderful Experience at Riviera Hotel

We travel often, but this was one of the most impressive and memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. A big shout-out to the Egyptian Chef Ahmed. Thank you for your kindness and incredible food. My dish was so delicious, beautifully made, and full of flavor. His warm smile and welcoming personality made our dining experience truly special. You truly made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Good location, friendly staff and comfy beds

We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't get to try out the breakfast or other facilities. I would like to suggest fitting ceiling fans so the aircon doesn't need to be run so much (our aircon was quite loud). Also, there was a faint smell of stale smoke - I am a fan of non smoking floors. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Bad service

During a recent family trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, we encountered significant difficulties at a hotel due to the unexpected absence of my son's Emirates ID. Our unplanned trip necessitated an unscheduled medical appointment in Dubai, and consequently, we had not booked a hotel in advance. My son's Emirates ID was at his school in Abu Dhabi. The hotel refused to accommodate us without his physical ID, despite presenting a UAE Pass copy as proof of identity and guardianship. Warm welcome, friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a convenient location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The interest, relevance, helpfulness, hotel location was very nice, only the breakfast could be a little better The hotel is centrally located, very close to the subway, there are facilities next to it where you can find everything, I recommend it
