Pros: The parking Cons: 2 rooms reserved, we end up opposite each other with children in the middle. We were changed rooms twice, but in both the locks had been forced so it did not close properly. We spend a day in Turin, we come back, one room remained open all day after cleaning even though there is no safe. Unsmiling breakfast staff and downright unpleasant when we ask for something. Pool staff overwhelmed on 15/08 and therefore also unpleasant. Problem of understanding between the bar which sends us to the pool with glass bottles and the pool which does not accept. They call each other, a
