Worst ever experience!!!

I have been staying at your facility since 2008. I have never felt so humiliated as today. I went down to your restaurant facility at 20:30. I waited for 20 minutes while people coming in after me were served. I eventually left. This was my last visit. Regards. PS, I am leaving a day earlier than my booking.
