Great location, lovely hosts.

Pros: The location was good, we weren't in busy areas but walkable to Bourbon Street & the French Quarter. The space was big with the listed amenities. The bed was comfy. The host is very good at getting back to you & helping resolve any issues. The security guards were pleasant & helpful. Cons: The codes didn't work on arrival but were quickly sorted when I reached out to the host. The bathrooms could do with a complete redo. They look tired & old. The cleanliness of the bedding & bathroom also needs a bit of improvement.

Pros: Location was great, easily accessible very good information on how to get in, the size of the apartment was perfect, the Security Guard was very helpful and friendly Cons: Not enough kitchen utensils, glasses and no teaspoons, although I did contact someone and extra glasses were delivered with complimentary popcorn but no teaspoons which was not an issue but think the kitchen could be a little more equipped. We could smell Weed even though it was a no smoking property, not the property’s fault I know.

They stepped in when my reservation was canceled for an Airbnb when we got to the Airbnb there was nobody there to check us in and we lost our reservation and we had no place to stay and these guys stepped up and then they even gave me free early check-in and the room was amazing. It was right downtown. I was very close to the French Quarter, which was great. I was going to the Jazz Fest, which made things a little more difficult, but I learned the bus system but now the property was beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
