Roami at The Churchill

I would choose a Roami location again if we return to New Orleans.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We really liked the supply shelves provided at the property for anything we ran out of. There was a very convenient public parking lot across the street. Cons: Maybe glasses and mugs have been broken by previous guests, but it would have been nice to have more of those. We had one mug for coffee and another that seemed like more of a bowl that we used as a mug (there was no handle on it).

Pros: The location. It’s right at the convention center. Cons: No washcloths, drinking Water

They quickly responded to my complaints and requests. The overall stay is ok.

Pros: The location is really good. It's very close to the convention center. It feels quite secure there. The room is big enough for a family of four. Cons: A few things to point out: 1. I have to request more rubbish bin bags, dish washer tablet, washing machine powder. Those ones should be kept enough in the room. 2. The towels are kept in the corridor, which collects dust. 3. The internet speed is extremely slow!!! The download speed is around 10 Mbps.

Great place!

Pros: The space was large and comfortable for 5 people. The beds were comfy and clean. As a bonus, the stove was the exact one I use at home so that was great! Cons: Unfortunately our coffee pot wasnt working day 1. We let them know and they said they'd order us one. We did asked a few times over the stay and they weren't able to give us an updated expected delivery date. We were there 10 days and never received one. I know this is small but we are coffee people and coffee is expensive for 10 days.

Pros: Beautiful property with comfy beds! Cons: The supplies were never restocked throughout our stay.
