A few hiccups that were cheerfully taken care of by an excellent staff person, Camille.
Pros: The front of house staff are terrific. Especially Camille, who is very thoughtful, helpful, and calm. Location is handy for what I come to St. Paul to do. I like the room layouts. Cons: My first room was too close to the street, so they changed me. And my keypad needed its batteries changed. Once both of those things were fixed everything was fine. It seems to me they have cut down the amount of time they have a staff person on the premises. That is difficult. Also, they need to provide half and half in the little individual cups, not just synthetic creamer.

Excellent customer service from one of the front desk staff.
Pros: The front desk staff who went to school at St. Olaf is the best front desk service that I've ever had. She's wonderful! Cons: The very moldy something that was growing in the coffee pot filter.
