I saw through booking .com it’s looking good. But when I reach there staff and servers very very bad shit.

Need better customer service.
Pros: Nothing. Cons: I booked online, i was coming to town for a event , i got to location around 4pm because of traffic. Once i arrived i was told check in was at 3pm , i explained i was coming from out of town i was in traffic, i booked for 3 nights so i didn’t understand why i just couldn’t check in. I was refused services so i ended up going across street to the days inn. I told him i would take my money elsewhere. Not only did he not let me check in my card was swiped and denied. Thank god i had my card locked. Very disappointing.
