Disappointing

Pros: Great location. Good breakfast. Cons: I booked a standard double and was given a tiny room with an obstacle course approach; up stairs then down stairs to what felt like a prison cell. There was a bird poo stained metal staircase for a view. I asked for the room I booked, based on the pictures on the website and was charged £60 for an upgrade. I complained but the manager refused to negotiate. Based on my experience I would avoid this hotel.

Poor. Staff did not do the hotel proud. For the money and how it’s portrayed the staff were very poor.

Pros: It’s near the beach Cons: Very confusing to get into. Room was very small for the price. Mattress was awful. Very noisy all night and couldn’t sleep.

Pros: The location is good, the price is fair, the room itself is OK, convenient parking

Pros: The location is good, the price is fair, the room itself is OK, convenient parking. The bath was a pleasant bonus. Cons: I took the cheap option, so the room was sort of in the basement, which required going up and down at least two different sets of stairs. The room was located under a corridor or a staircase and I heard every step squeaking through it and there was quite some traffic.

Pros: Perfectly located for beach walks, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable. Cons: Some of the rooms are a bit of a maze to get to, up stairs and then down stairs.
