Pros: Ambience was excellent and definitely a repeat experience for me. Cons: As a diamond card holder, I had nothing as a concession and could not even use the lounge.

An Excellent Family Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
We had an excellent stay at Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel. I stayed for one night with my family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. They made our stay even more special by surprising our one-year-old child with a lovely birthday celebration and a thoughtful birthday gift. It was such a kind gesture and created a wonderful memory for our family. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of high-quality food. Pros: The staff speak perfect english and they are all soooo helpful and accomodating Cons: Room was perfect - only the door fell on me
