Pros: The rooms were perfect, from lots of coffee and recent good magazines to read. bed super comfy and the option to sit in the garden was such a luxury. Staff were very helpful and location could not be better. Cons: Bathrooms and especially the shower very small, but you are in London!

£186 for a ‘cosy’ room. It was smaller than a broom cupboard. I had no option but to upgrade to a slightly larger room

Pros: I loved the style of the hotel. The staff were very attentive. The buttery next door, we found the staff serving in the restaurant attentive. However, when we sat outside, we waited a while for service. My second coffee I ordered did not arrive. I loved the steam iron and hairdryer. The air con was the best. Cons: The light under the door in the single rooms, especially the rooms at the top. The stairs were a nightmare to carry our heavy bags up. The flashing of the light of whatever flashes at the door in the room. Especially for summer, try to get fridges in the rooms. They help for co
