Nice property, shame about parking mix up.
Pros: Great location, a stones throw away from the beach and lots of cafe's, restaurants and bars nearby. Large room with a comfortable bed. Complimentary water and tea coffee was a great bonus. Cons: Parking is not free as led to believe in the listing. My booking says parking is included, which I stated to the owner but they weren't forthcoming to discuss. Only upon check out did the owner share parking is £10 per night. Have checked my messages and the £10 was highlighted when I reached out to owner to arrange key drop on my last night. Yes there is information in the room about charges

Brilliant stay in Broadstairs, perfectly located to access bars, restaurants and the beach.
Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Broadstairs. Great facilities, comfortable bed and lovely waterfall shower. John the host was super quick to respond to questions. Cons: The only small window in our room was fully frosted, it was strange to be so disconnected from the outside when you’re in such a beautiful setting.

Pros: The location was great
Pros: The location was great. Clean tidy and really liked the coffee from the machine. Cons: It was very hot in the corridor. And in the middle of the night in the room so had to get up and put air con on. Would of been nice to have bigger towels and a dressing gown. And a few more toiletries.
