Good location, clean and comfortable

Pros: The size of the rooms, nice and clean. Almost everything you need your your stay Cons: We were promised unlimited coffee and a crossiant when we booked as part of our stay....that was a lie as the coffee shop below said it was only till 10am. But in they defence, the manager was there and he let us as it but felt uncomfortable as there were customers in there and we felt like we were beggars for asking what we were told we were entitled to.

A little gem in the City

Pros: An apartment suitable for a family and separate rooms with sufficient space for everyone. Cons: The headboard in the main bedroom does emit a smell.

Great stay, more staff please!

Pros: Location and facilities were great. also like the lockers where I could leave my bags Cons: I absolutely hated the fact that there was no human contact for the check in and check out process. Going to a screen was an awful experience. It was during the day so there was no reason why there should not be a person to interact with.

This is a non manned hotel

Pros: It was close to the city centre Cons: This is a non-staffed hotel. All booking in was via machine. No staff available to help. Access to hotel at night was confusing as two swipe card machines are located same place and one of them says "cards not valid" . No clear signage to say where the hotel entrance is. In the room the safe DID NOT WORK and no info as to how to use it. On arrival the auto check in machine did not accept the credit card that i used to book the hotel online. Lucky i had a debit card that did work. Had i known it was an unmanned hotel i most certainly NOT HAVE BOOKED.
