I will be back.
Pros: Perfect location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful. Cons: For some unknown reason there was no soap or shampoo in any of the containers.

An excellent base to explore York
The kitchen facility was a bonus for breakfasts or a quick hob or microwave meal at night. The beds were very comfortable, however our 2 pillows a bit too firm for us. Everything was super clean, the area is safe and quiet being close to a quiet non static caravan park with Roundtree park and cycle route close by. Parking below hotel (Extra cost / day) also great.
