Great stay. Staff (Dominic) was wonderful.
Pros: Location is excellent. Facility is top notch. Dominic at the front desk was wonderful. Cons: There is no daily room service. Light outside the building from the Rosa Parks terminal was lit outside room.

Really great stay in a classy establishment
Pros: Comfortable & spacious apartment with everything needed for a very pleasant stay. The gym was of a good size & well very equipped. The welcome cookies in the room were a lovely touch & much appreciated! Cons: Nothing, it was a great stay.
Excellent choice if you visit Detroit
Pros: The location, the building, the attention of the front desk Cons: The queen bed studio faces the interior of the building and you are very exposed to the view of the neighbors. If you lower the blackout, you are left in the dark. They should put up some curtains that let light in but protect privacy.

This place is top notch. Since opening as the new roost in Detroit I have stayed there for every movement festival. The building is gorgeous, and is in a great location for walking to the festival. The rooms are filled to the gills with everything you need. Washer and dryer, knives pots and pans. They even supply with coffee beans and have a coffee grinder for the coffee machine. The beds are super comfy. And most importantly the staff is amazing. Not one year have they given us trouble coming back from the festival after midnight all tipsy with friends and guests we make to reset at the room
