Highly recommended! A beautiful B&B near Arthur's Seat.

Pros: We had a lovely 3-bed Scottish-style room booked and had a great stay with an excellent breakfast (booked separately with Jennifer). As we returned quite late from an excursion, we could easily reserve for the next morning via WhatsApp. The bus connections are ideal (bus stop right outside, more lines accessible via a parallel street). It's also a nice walk from the city center. The best part was the connection to Arthur's Seat and Holyrood Park - definitely worth a visit! Cons: The only downside was the high price. In a similar B&B in London (parallel street to Hyde Park), we paid half

Pros: Location, comfort, service, cleanliness. Jennifer, our host, went out of her way to assist us. The view from room 7 overlooking Hollyrood Park and Arthur's Seat was really nice. Blackout curtains worked perfectly in the long summer evenings. Close to buses and restaurants, great cafes within a 10-minute walk. Cons: No refrigerator in the room but I was aware of that when I booked.

Pros: Beautiful place. Comfortable beds. On the last day, they kept our bags after check-out while we explored the city. Cons: Small bathroom. The bathroom door did not close.
