Budget and low key accommodation experience.

Budget friendly and low key accommodation look & feel. I wouldn’t call it a guest house. Friendly & warm host.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay and enjoyed a tasty breakfast looking out at the garden.

Pros: It was perfect for me as it was an affordable single room with a basin (and a toilet just down the corridor) with an optional breakfast. It was a very small room and even though it was a narrow bed, it was very comfortable with fresh, clean, bed linen. It was also close to Hampton Court, which was important for me. Cons: The communal bathroom is in serious need of renovation. The owner has organised this but has to wait for work to begin in the autumn. I think there are also en-suite rooms.

Peaceful and pleasant.

Pros: Pleasant, quite, spacious, lovely relaxing garden Cons: The only thing was the showering facilities, very very outdated, you need to see to understand.

I wouldn’t hesitate booking

Pros: Very accommodating house that was incredibly sympathetic to my situation Cons: I we didn’t end up staying there, but I’m sure it was lovely

Pros: Very friendly Cons: Nothing
