Relaxing stay in a luxury setting

Wonderful hotel. My favorite in London. Very stylish. Fantastic room and breakfast. Top Management that were quick to address anything required.

High class and lives up to the reputation in all ways. Breakfast, bar, room and overall feeling.

Cons: The hotel is huge,l and the elevators are only located on one side, so some rooms are very far away and the layout can be confusing. Some rooms and bathrooms are quite old, with noticeable plumbing/noise issues. Cleanliness was my main concern. I was given two different rooms that had hair on the bed, and the first also had food left on it. I was eventually upgraded, which I appreciated. I also had a payment issue after extending my stay, as I was charged twice. Overall, the hotel is okay but definitely not worth the money.
