Not Disabled Friendly.

Pros: Nothing. I liked the fact that it was supposed to be disabled friendly but it wasn't. Cons: I am a wheelchair user and informed the hotel months before arrival. There were two lifts and one of out of order completely. We were on the 7th floor so that lift was my lifeline in and out of the hotel. We got stuck in the tiny lift and were between two floors. We couldn't get their attention either by phone or by pressing the alarm bells. There wasn't an intercom and it took us an hour to get them on the phone and then the lady thought it was funny that a disabled man and two others were stuck

Pros: De locatie was vlakbij mijn werk dat maakt t makkelijker Cons: Hygiene s nul kreeg een handdoek met poep erin. Er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt

Cons: very uncomfortable bed, soap containers were not refilled, faulty air con so I had the window open and insects flew in, stains on wall in room, smell of smoking in the stair case.
