It was a nice stay, however slight mix up at the desk, but quickly resolved
It was a nice stay, however slight mix up at the desk, but quickly resolved. Room was nice and tidy, only one complain was there was a cigarette dout next to the kettle, however it was all clean, that was the only disappointment about the experience, so all in all a very nice stay.

Great location within in a few minutes walk of the train station and right next to Union Street. With that comes noise however. It recommend asking for a room facing away from the street. Had an awful nights sleep due to drunks fighting and traffic. Not the fault of the hotel however. Room was clean but tired. Wall paper is torn and the carpet is stained, but I didn’t affect my stay. The bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was excellent. Lovely modern and hot shower with towels and toiletries provided. The only feedback that I can give that the hotel can change is the lighting situa
