Pros: Dans un site Universitaire donc très jeune style urbain par contre un peu loin du centre mais bien desservi grâce au metro a environ 15 minutes de marche a 7 a 8 station de la gare centrale . Il y a un un petit supermarché juste a coté et 2 spots de snack ing Cons: Un peu loin du centre L eau chaude dure 5 minutes Plafond très haut et placo pas très insonorisé permettant d entendre mon voisin ronfler Mais la chambre était sympa avec vu sur un parc

Pros: O staff é muito agradável e prestável. Ter um mini mercado mesmo ali dá imenso jeito. Quarto individual com boas dimensões. Casa de banho simples e pequena mas sem extração de valores. Cons: O quarto apresentava vários danos nas paredes e as almofadas estavam manchadas. A janela não fechava corretamente e o frio passou durante o dia e noite. O forte cheiro da comida sentia-se no corredor inteiro.
Comfortable and equipped
Pros: The studio is nice, tidy and clean. It is equipped, ideal for medium to long stays. The size is adequate and nothing is missing. There are a supermarket and a restaurant in the same building. I appreciated also the presence of a lot of coworking space. Cons: It's in a student house, so it's a very informal context. A lot of people go around and some floors are not really quite. It depends a lot on the day of the week.
