Pros: It was amazing in the center, close to everything. The suites were a bit bigger than I expected. Cons: We had an issue with no hot water, but a quick call to reception and she moved us to another room very quickly and couldn't be more helpful.

Ideal hotel location, close to everything. From the windows, a view of the main Union Street, which allowed us to feel the city's atmosphere. The facility's equipment and cleanliness were impeccable. Very helpful staff. Quick and hassle-free check-in. After agreement, there was no problem leaving luggage after check-out.
