Pros: Very close to Paddington station, Hyde Park and Kensington Park, can walk to Notting Hill etc. Simple tea and coffee in room. Had an issue with our room and staff assisted to move us which we appreciated.
Cons: Very small rooms and unable to lay luggage flat without having to climb over bags to get around room, no aircon so had a plug in fan and aircon to wall - we were there on 20 degree days and still hot at night with window open also. Would not be comfortable in a heat wave. Very small shower, would not be easy to enter for a bigger person. But we understand this is likely the standa

Cons: It was very hot in the room (4th floor) however, godd that we could open the window, and fan provided.

The hotel window wouldn't close, so we didn't feel safe at all—we were constantly on edge. At the crack of dawn, people were talking and making a huge racket right outside the window; because the window frame wasn't secure, all the noise came straight
