Pros: Nothing really to like Cons: This is basically rooms above a bar , it's noisy and not the best location as attached to Birmingham City FC ground. The room was okay and wasn't the cleanest, the window didn't close properly and I could hear every noise from the street and bar below, I had to park in the street besides being told parking was available. The only good thing was the breakfast in the morning cooked and served by a nice old woman. The best thing was that I got to leave

Pros: Lovely and helpful staff Cons: Sheets could have been cleaners.
Please read reviews!!!
Pros: The absolutely lovely lady who cooks the breakfast in the morning was the only good thing about this place. She was friendly and happy and talkative and made a delicious breakfast for my husband and I. The location wasnt too far from the city center so that was a bonus. Cons: Please read the reviews. The room we got ROOM 5, that was advertised in pictures was NOT the room we received. When we went down and asked what happened we were told booking dot com was responsible as they had not changed the pictures since their "renos". I was immediately concerned if that's what it looks like AFTE
It was a beautiful stay the room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and very welcoming we would come back ag
Pros: It was very nice and clean and very pleasant Cons: Nothing I really liked it
