Pros: A/C, staff friendly, location convenient

Pros: A/C, staff friendly, location convenient. Did the job for one night, close to castle, river, etc. Cons: Found out in the morning after a too-warm night towel heater bar in the bathroom was on, competing with the A/C that was not very powerful. Shampoo was watered down, conditioner seemed to be shampoo, not conditioner.

Pros: Nothing, we left after seeing the room. Cons: The hotel is right in the city centre, we entered from the back entrance and there was no security at all, anyone could walk in and as the reception was two floors up no one would know. We arrived at reception and there was no one on the desk, another security warning. We were given a room key card and after walking along endless narrow corridors and up two flights of stairs, after the lift we arrived. The room was dark, smelly, the bathroom had black mould and the curtains and bed spread were dirty. The floor was also very dirty in the corne

It was good value and in an idyllic location

Pros: The property location was perfect, right where we wanna be in central Cardiff. Surrounded by eateries and a Tesco express and right in the centre of town for shopping. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious and well facilitated. Cons: It was a little dingy and less fancy than the images suggest. The elevator made some concerning noises and closed quite abruptly, crushing anyone in its way. But if you took the stairs you had to go up a fair few to get to reception, which isn’t ideal.
