Enjoyed our stay in Scarborough. Would stay at The Royal again.
Pros: It had character. We had a spacious room and breakfast was adequate. It had a swimming pool. The staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy. Cons: Parts could do with updating. Our room had not a good view to the rear of the hotel and we were kept awake by seagulls. The breakfast plates were a bit small.

Pros: Cost Cons: Breakfast was not the best. Far too busy not enough staff to clear and maintain stock levels.
