Pros: этот отель-часть огромного комплекса отелей ROYAL c общей территорией,бассейнами и заходами в воду. Огромные номера со всеми удобствами,отличное обслуживание и персонал.Кому нравится отдыхать в большом многонациональном муравейнике-вам сюда.Отличный подземный паркинг по 10 Евро.Удобно осмотреть прекрасный Дубровник,но не советую в августе.И не выезжайте в город на личном авто,особенно в центр.Жду штрафа Cons: завтраки и ужимны на 4*,умудрились даже подать кальмаров с песком.Но разнообразны.На ужин вездесущее пиво и вино не подают.Вся система направлена на питание в многочисленных ресто

Good stay overall, but needs clear improvements .

Pros: The location offers stunning views, the kids had a great time, and the spa was excellent—the massages and pedicures were top-tier. Cons: Room cleanliness needs improvement. There are too many stairs to the pools, making them completely inaccessible with a stroller if you have a young kid. As for the dining, the restaurants was overpriced for the quality, and I suffered an upset stomach after eating dinner on our first day at the royal terrace restaurant.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained; a strong emphasis on cleanliness is clearly evident. However, the spa area is somewhat disappointing given the standards expected of a hotel of this caliber. It notably lacks a Jacuzzi, and the steam room was out of order during our stay. Upgrading the spa facilities and ensuring their full maintenance would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a good experience, primarily thanks to the location and cleanliness.
