Pros: It allows for a late check-out that I ultimately didn't need. Cons: I asked for a plate, a fork, and a knife that were not provided to me.

Pros: Tranquility, breakfast, cleanliness, parking Cons: One day they didn't clean our room due to forgetfulness, and they still didn't when we complained. But it wasn't important either.

Hotel with good location and good price. However, bath and bed linens are quite worn out. The building needs renovation.
Pros: Diverse breakfast, attentive staff. Pool and gym! Cons: Quality of hygiene products (shampoo and soaps), towels already well-used and faded, bed linens also quite worn out. Everything was clean, but everything looked well-worn and used. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit more quality.
