An enjoyable stay in a convenient location.
Pros: Excellent location for my business trip. The hotel is clean and the host was welcoming. Excellent breakfasts. Cons: Very steep stairs to my second floor room. Pillows were rather too hard.

Pros: location very good for the NEC. Reception explained where the bus stop was nearby. But don't trust the timetable. It arrived 8 minutes early. Luckily I was there already Cons: First night FAULTY PUMP making a noise above me off and on all night. Utterly miserable experience, planned vengeance on the hotel... However, 2nd night, I met the very nice owner who listened with me. No pump noise. Slept well.
A thoroughly disappointing stay.
Pros: Convenient location for the NEC/access to Birmingham. Cons: The bed was under the slope of the roof, so it was difficult to get in and out from one side. There was only one bedside lamp, and that didn't work. There was only 1 bath towel for 2 guests. The bathroom was really badly done, floor wobbly, the toilet leaked. The shower hadn't been cleaned, there was hair from the previous occupant on the shower wall, and the soap dish was full of slime. There was rust on the floor of the bathroom. The bedroom was dusty. We ate in the restaurant and the portions were miserly and over-priced. Th

Pros: The location in relation to NEC and M42. Cons: Very small shabby room. 3/4 bed for two people was inadequate. Very tired decor, though the bathroom was clean. Limited menu, with Indian choices being meat free. Very expensive drinks from the bar. However convenient, I will give it a miss in future.

Pros: Tbe location to the airport Cons: The cleanliness bathroom was filthy especially the floor. Room very cold asked for heating to be put on. Was told no as heating heated up whole building and some guests might not want it on. Did bring us a heater. Tv was broke. Was told it wouldnt be fixed till following day. But after us saying thats not acceptable and asking for them to bring tv from an empty room they did.
