Pros: The staff were friendly and it was all clean Cons: The cost was high for such a tiny room considering there is nothing to see in the area, shops, pubs etc.

I had a comfortable stay but ate and drank outside hotel

Pros: It was close to were I had to be It was clean and staff were very friendly Cons: It’s Resturant had very poor selection of food Also served can of beer and charged more that a local hotel for a draft pint £7.99 for tin of carlsberg Also rooms not cleaned daily and tea coffee not refilled

The price-performance ratio is appropriate.

Pros: The best thing was the absolute friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It definitely sweetened the stay. The house itself is old. The rooms are small, winding, clean, and prepared as best as possible for the guests. The connection to the NEC is easiest by taxi, but also possible by bus (a bit complicated). For a short, budget-friendly stay, the accommodation is passable, but not necessarily very comfortable. Sitting in the garden in the evening to relax with cider makes the day end pleasantly. Cons: The hot water situation in the showers is a bit tricky; mostly it works. In my opinio
