Für eine Nacht aushaltbar…

Pros: Die zentrale Lage, das Frühstück war lecker Cons: Digitale Lösungen, welche aber nicht richtig funktionieren (z.B. Vor-Check-In funktionierte nicht und nun doppelte Buchung auf der Kreditkarte oder die Parkplatz-Buchung, welche nicht über die App, aber Webseite funktioniert). Wir mussten auch das erste Zimmer reklamieren, weil es nach Fisch roch. Dann schaffte es auch ein Obdachloser in den 4. Stock und sass dann in der dunklen Ecke neben dem Lift! Das Hotel bräuchte dringend eine Kernsanierung, da überall Risse und andere Alterserscheinungen sind.

Bar shops centre.Staff very nice friendly.we were here visiting RVI hospital very easy to get to .we do use this hotel regular Cons: Used Towel off last client still hanging on back bathroom door. Room very hot only a small fan to use .bathroom floor needs a good sweep up. We had a double room facing the station .next time we will up grade again last last couple times and face the front much nicer rooms as you can open window

Pros: Location for places to eat and drink Cons: The rooms are very dated

Great Location

Pros: The shower was great, a small compact / cosy room Cons: A bit of a dated bathroom but all works. Thankfully there was a member of housekeeping around so was able to get another towel as only one in the room but it was a double and to get soap refilled, shame it wasn't noticed but member of staff was prompt.
