I spent the whole day outside of my room just because I dreaded going back due too the smell

Pros: Nothing Cons: The place was really dirty and it had a really bad smell. The room itself didn’t smell bad but once you left your room it smelled musty.

Passable

Pros: Good interaction with the homeowner. Cons: The numerous cockroaches in the kitchen made cooking impossible (we counted 5 around the sink). What's more, the sink was completely blocked.
