Overall the facilities were good but the check process was long as I wasn’t allocated my room til 4
Pros: Facilities was good Cons: Room was not ready until 4 pm Jacuzzi bath did not work as the plug was not working so we could set a bath Sofa bed in room was dirty Iron board difficult to open, then wouldn’t go down Pictorial evidence for all above

Pros: Second visit and we were nervous following previous guests reviews … however, it was great and we had the best holiday in Hideaway 😃loved our suite, staff were great and came home very rested ! Cons: Everything was great 👍

Well checked in was loopy . You come to the front desk to than have you go over to this table to pay and to get your arm

I had an absolute wonderful experience and can't wait to go back.
Pros: Steakhouse and breakfast were wonderful. Amenities were top notch. Entertainment was exciting. Overall feel and vibe of the property was great! Cons: Its a large property. A lot of walking. I suppose it's a good and bad thing.
