Perfectly functional with good attentive staff
Location, room away from the lift, efficiency of the staff. Shame there's no bar anymore, like the old days. It was a really happening place. But decent room rates and you can't beat the location.

Loved everything! We will definitely stay again!
Pros: Love the feel of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. All the shows we saw were in close proximity! Cons: Nothing

I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms do not match the pictures in their marketing. They look much older in person.
Pros: The front desk staff was super nice. Cons: It needs renovating. Room carpets were dirty and seemed like several pieces stuck together. Bathroom tile was and bath were old and dingy.
