Luxurious hotel perfectly located for a traditional visit to London
Pros: The Ruben’s was in a perfect location for visits to the palace, Petrus, the theatres and Iconic London such as Burlington Arcade, the Ritz, Fortnum’s etc. The room was compact but immaculate with great facilities and as quiet as the countryside. The surroundings were a delight and a coffee before setting out on our day in such plush surroundings was a tonic. The staff were attentive and everywhere was maintained to an exceptional standard.

Pros: Very polite staff. Decor was nice. Location great. Cons: For the price I have stayed in better hotels. The breakfast was freshly cooked only the sausage was starting to turn and had a strange taste.
I hope I can return one day
The staff were outstanding. Taylor and Robert were so kind and helpful and everyone on the front desk went out of their way to help me when I was unwell. I felt as though I was at home being looked after
