Overall it’s still acceptable to come back next year.

Pros: Great location in Ruby London with easy access, friendly and enthusiastic staff, excellent service attitude. Cons: The facilities in the room were inconvenient, and breakfast options were limited.

Nice hotel in a central location with excellent service.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, lots of choices. Good beds, nice shower. Cons: TV channels were not working, not essential but should just work.

Pros: Excellent location!!! Very close to the underground station

Pros: Excellent location!!! Very close to the underground station. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable. Cons: We missed a coffee corner in the room, the water pressure was relatively weak, and it was impossible to completely darken the room.

Nice room, friendly staff, not optimal processes.

Pros: The room is impressive at first sight: tastefully decorated, with an almost picturesque view of the tree outside the window. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower modern, and the room cleaning left nothing to be desired. The breakfast itself was excellent. The location is wonderful for many activities, and the staff is very friendly. Cons: The room is noisy, and the windows cannot be opened. One is completely dependent on the air conditioning, which was tough for both of us. It remained incomprehensible why the staff repeatedly lowered the temperature so much that the room was fre
