I love everything about this property, you could turn up to your room completely empty handed as they have thought of everything right down to my favourite eye patches in the room, snacks, real coffee, stocked mini bar & beautiful bathroom products, lighting of choice in the room so spacious and very comfortable & I had such a nice quiet stay with no noises which is super important to me

Pros: The room was great Cons: Breakfast was busy and slow. Food was a bit hit and miss in the restaurant
Nice hotel, pricey for what it is.
Pros: Nice hotel, rooms a little small for the price especially if you can't use the spa etc (quite restricted for Children) food in Horto restaurant not great, but the clocktower is nice. Cons: We had a problem with out shower which made the whole room smell like a sewer overnight, not ideal in a "luxury" hotel however it was sorted fairly quickly in the morning, just not a great start to the day!
Luxurious and uplifting.
Pros: Delightful secluded location and really enjoyed the vibrant decor and art work. Cons: Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of shower over a bath.

Pros: This is the most beautiful relaxing hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are outstanding, they are obviously very well respected by the owners. The service levels are exceptional. I was greeted at my car for someone to collect my bags, someone will always park the car for me, and then I was offered a driver to drop off and then collect me. It absolutely made my day! Cons: Nothing
