Stay was enjoyable food service and staff all lovely just the housekeeping issue!!!
Pros: The fact it was on the waters edge Cons: Curtain track needed attention next to the table Plus no cutlery or crockery you open the draw to find a note saying contact room service As If! When you pay nearly $400 a night I want the basics And no coffee pod machine

We love the location. Staff are great but hotel in need of update
Pros: Absolutely love the location on the harbour. So close to restaurants and walks Cons: The hotel facilities need updating. Remove all the showers over baths. We had no fan in our bathroom. Disabled rooms need to remove the carpets.

I liked the hotel and the short distance from the City Hall where I attended a concert. And Light rail was convenient. F
Pros: Position, very convenient and accessible Cons: Bed was softer than I like, no walk in shower and an annoying water drip all night outside my bedroom
