Pros: I liked the environment, many activities and a very comfortable garden area, I was also very well treated by Brazilian employees, especially Edgar and Gustavo Cons: Sometimes there's a lot of noise, especially in the mornings

Pros: Comfy bed..except my pillow needs changing its flat.. Room 1. Lovely staff so approachable Love the pancakes,fresh cooked egg Cons: My pillow.. needs changing so flat.

Great vibe with superb staff

Pros: The place was awesome and the staff could not be more helpful. Such a great vibe in the garden area too of an evening plus this place has full cooking facilities to prepare your own food. Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about I must say!

Buena ubicación pero déficit en limpieza

Pros: La ubicación, el precio y las zonas comunes. Cons: La limpieza de los baños y de las habitaciones es bastante deficiente. Las camas incómodas y las sábanas viejas y descoloridas. El desayuno bastante triste. Te cobran 5£ por una toalla la cual estuve 4 horas para que me la dieran. El personal poco amable si no eras joven, excepto Lisa que fue muy profesional y amable. El sitio es “por lo que pagas está bien” Una pena de sitio porque cobrando algo más y mejorando las deficiencias sería un sitio increíble.

not a nice experience, 2 female staff members not acting professionally

Pros: .. well, I am a returning customer and I really feel like going home (in London :) Cons: .. unfortunately, on this occasion I found some of the staff acting completely unprofessionaly ( two females workers) .. the rest of the staff was very helpful and brilliant, as always;
