Cute Beachside Flat
Pros: Felt very homey and spacious. Well decorated. Great location. Cons: The entryway area was a little dingy. The apartment also had a strong cigarette smell upon entry (potentially from other units?), despite being marked as nonsmoking.
No complaints great stay
Apartment was dirty with 2 pairs of used knickers in the sofa!
Pros: Good location Cons: The dirty underwear on the sofa was disgusting, unhygienic, unhealthy and dirty. I have been in contact with Booking.com and the landlord Mark, but have still not received the promised compensation of £50 for two pairs of dirty, used knickers that was offered and I accepted! Any inferior compensation offer has not and will not be accepted by me. I will not go away until a mutually agreeable solution is found.
Excellent host
We enjoyed a relaxing stay in Brighton, and this attractive apartment was a good choice for us.
This bijou apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and was beautifully furnished, with plenty of designer light options. Well located in Kemp Town, close to the sea front, we stayed for four nights. The apartment was hosted by Mark who was very friendly, polite, helpful, with excellent communications.
