There is no limit to the worst.
Pros: The structure, the rooms, and the environment in which it is located, is the most beautiful hotel in Venice, a pity about the service. Cons: The hotel is splendid, we have stayed there several times and have experienced all the managements, which apart from the first by THI (now bankrupt), have been almost always negative. The last time in 2023 we went under the management of Kempinski which, in terms of services, left much to be desired. We were hoping for this new management, which should be Italian (according to the call center), but it was even worse. Poor check-in, management of the

Dream island in the lagoon
Pros: San Clemente Palace Venice is a fantastic place for relaxation and rejuvenation amidst the hustle and bustle of Venice. Excellent service, coupled with great amenities of the hotel and a magnificent garden, make for a worthwhile stay. Cons: If there is something to improve, it is the wine list of the restaurant, which does not do justice to a hotel at this level.
