The building is in a state of disrepair, with crumbling stairs, a broken, unstable handrail, and no lighting all week—like something out of a horror movie, not to mention the high risk of an accident. Despite repeated requests, the owner did nothing. There is no wardrobe, shelving, or any place to put clothes. Everything is old, shabby, and broken. The dishwasher wouldn't turn off and ran non-stop for days, keeping me awake, yet the owner did nothing. In the end, I had to flip the circuit breakers to stop it.
