San Teodoro Palace - Luxury Apartments

Fine to get by for a few days. Not a particularly clean or refreshing place to stay.

Pros: The location was central but loud even with windows closed during day and afternoon - not able to nap due to noise Cons: There is no air conditioning. It’s a cooling system through the floor. That system plus the textured tarrazzo tile made the floor feel constantly damp and dirty. It’s a very damp space. Towels do not dry in the bathroom at all and barely dry when hung elsewhere. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and in shower. It’s very hard to feel clean at the property between the dampness and floors. We had to wear shoes the entire time and keep requesting new towels.

Location was great easy to get around to Venice

Perfect location, comfortable, clean and organised.

The property was perfect location, just near the fairy port so not inconvenient to bring big luggage. The property is supported by a hotel so cleaning was provided and lift to the rooms so you don’t have to travel up high stairs carrying your luggage. The property was as described and has a lovely double balcony. Only encounter minor technical issues with the skylight in the bedroom and bath, however, it did not impact our trip at all! Staff were very friendly and the owner was very accommodating with any questions we had.

A great oasis in the centre of Venice perfect for families

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrico para subir y refrescarse.en especial si viajas con niños. Muy bien equipado, excepto por el papel de baño que fue muy escaso, pedí más y me lo llevaron. Cons: El sofá cama y los.colchones son muy mejorables. Sobre todo el sofá cama del salón es muy fino e incómodo para dormir. No contraté el servicio de limpieza pero al tercer día entraron sin avisarme a cambiar la basura y me encontré, cuando volvimos por la tarde, la puerta del apartamento entre abierta. No me hizo nada de gracia, lo comuniqué por WhatsApp y no me respondieron nada, así que salí
