Beautiful accommodation for family visit

Pros: Travelling as a large family and stayed in the 2bd apartment, which was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, clean and well decorated. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed. Check in and out was easy, staff was friendly. The location was convenient for us as it was close to where we needed to be, but it's not in Central London (though it is really easy to get there by public transport). Overall a great experience. Cons: They wanted to charge extra for a baby crib, which is an exaggeration considering the price of the apartment itself is already quite expensive. This is a complimentary

Exceptional quality apartment, great aircon and modern interior. Super close to Lioness line

Excellent welcome on check in, doors held for us, escorted to room and shown around. Shown controls for aircon and made to feel like nothing was too much to ask.

Nice and good staff

It was a nice experience to stay here with my family. Everyone enjoyed.

Pros: Booked in a hurry as we had been let down at the last minute by a cancellation from our previous booking (Airbnb). This was a great find, right next to Kilburn High Road station and with supermarkets, bars and cafes just round the corner. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartments are presented at a very high standard. A great stay. Cons: Nothing to report
