A hotel that makes you feel good

Pros: The location is very close to shopping areas and social venues in the area, and we rarely used our car. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 4. The overall design of the hotel, rooms, bar, and the billiards room at the entrance were quite enjoyable and practical. They serve a very successful breakfast buffet + a la carte. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a stay where we felt good. Cons: The separation of the toilet section with frosted glass was a bit tiring for us as a family with children.

Great location. Faded glory

Pros: Lovely designed room. Great bar Cons: The hotel is a little tired. There are building works happening that look like they may be semi-permanent now

Great, both for business and private!

The rooms are spacious with a sense of tranquility and relaxation, simply but luxuriously furnished. The bed is large, wide, and very comfortable. The reception staff are all very friendly, Ali in particular was very welcoming. The atmosphere in the hotel is hip yet homely. I came here for business before, now privately with my daughter, and that was a good choice! The hotel's location is naturally superb, and with the Elizabeth Line back to Heathrow, it's so simple. All in all, fantastic.
