Definitely needs improvement

Pros: It's fine for spending a night, the room is very large but dated. It needs to be modernized. Cons: Rigidity in the check-in time and also for breakfast, for those who need to travel, it's convenient to leave a little earlier, but the man at the reception was clearly sleeping. The breakfast is not varied, only sweet and also poor.

Awful

Pros: Nothing Cons: The gentleman at the reception desk spoke very little English, had to make a couple of phone calls to whom I assumed were the owners. One was a woman who was very pleasant. The other phone call was to a man who is not so pleasant. Needs a lesson in customer communication. WiFi was terrible.
